1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to inform you that Guangzhou Jiekai Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd is both a factory and has its own trading department. We warmly welcome your visit! Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and our dedicated driver will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples for free through any logistics company. Please note that the courier fee will be borne by the recipient.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We keep our best-selling items in stock, so once your order is confirmed, we can dispatch them within 3 days. For out-of-stock items, production will take approximately 15-45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are securely packed in professional-grade cartons branded with our logo. However, neutral packing options are available, and we also offer customized packaging for orders meeting a certain MOQ.
5. Do you have any MOQ for the products?
We understand the need for small orders for testing or quality checks. However, once the product is confirmed, we require a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces.
