2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we are delighted to provide complimentary samples via any logistics company of your choice. However, please be aware that the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
Our inventory includes popular items, and once your order is confirmed, they can be dispatched within a mere 3 days. For items not in stock, please allow us 15-45 working days to meticulously produce your goods.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We employ professional-grade packaging for all our products. Typically, this includes carton boxes emblazoned with our logo; however, neutral packing is also an option. Should you desire bespoke packaging, this can be arranged given a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Are there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements for the products?
We understand the necessity for customers to place smaller orders for testing or quality checks. Nonetheless, after product approval, a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces is required to proceed.
