We are both a factory and a trading company, boasting our own manufacturing plant alongside a dedicated trading department. We would be delighted to welcome you to our facility! Simply fly into Guangzhou or take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and our driver will be there to ensure your journey to our factory is smooth and comfortable.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will happily provide you with samples free of charge, using your preferred logistics company. Please note that while the samples are complimentary, the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We ensure that our most popular items are readily available. After your order confirmation, these in-stock items can be dispatched within just 3 days! Should we need to produce more, the lead time ranges from 15 to 45 working days, depending on current demand and production schedules.
4. What kind of packaging do you use for the products?
Our products come in professionally designed packaging, typically robust carton boxes adorned with our logo. However, we also offer neutral packaging options. If you have specific packaging requirements, custom packaging is available with a minimum order quantity.
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We recognize the importance of small orders for testing and quality assessments. Once you confirm the product meets your needs, a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces is required to proceed.
