1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to be both a factory and a trading company, equipped with our own manufacturing and trading departments. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory. Simply fly into Guangzhou or take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and we will arrange for our driver to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
To meet your needs, we gladly offer free samples through any logistics company of your choice. However, please note that the courier fee will need to be covered by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of our hot-selling products, allowing us to ship them within 3 days of order confirmation. If the items are out of stock, we require 15-45 working days to produce and prepare your order.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our professional packaging ensures product safety and quality. Typically, we use branded carton boxes, but neutral packaging is also available. Customized packaging options are offered based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for products?
We recognize the need for small orders for testing and quality assurance. However, once you've confirmed the product, our MOQ stands at 200 pieces.
