1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a distinguished company that boasts our own trading department and manufacturing facility. It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you to visit our factory. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our dedicated driver will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples at no cost through any logistics company of your choice. However, please note that we do not cover the courier fees.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We ensure that our popular products are consistently in stock. Following the confirmation of your order, we can dispatch them within 3 days. If the items are out of stock, it will take approximately 15-45 working days to produce the products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We employ professional packaging for all our products. Typically, we use carton boxes adorned with our logo, but you may also opt for neutral packaging. Customized packaging is available upon meeting a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for the products?
We understand the importance of initial small orders for testing or quality verification. Nevertheless, once the product is confirmed, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is set at 200 pieces.
