1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are an integrated company with both a trading department and our own factory. We would be delighted to welcome you to visit our facility. Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, then contact us, and we will arrange for our driver to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will provide samples free of charge via any logistics company. However, the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of popular items, so we can ship these within 3 days after your order confirmation. If out of stock, production will take between 15-45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes featuring our logo. Neutral packing is also available upon request. Customized packaging is an option, depending on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products?
We understand the need for small orders for testing or quality checks. However, post-confirmation, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
