1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a dual-faceted company with both a dedicated trading department and in-house factory. We would be delighted to host your visit! Simply fly into Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, then contact us, and our driver will promptly pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send samples free of charge via any logistics company. However, please note that the courier fee will need to be covered by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain an inventory of hot-selling items, allowing us to dispatch orders within 3 days of confirmation. If an item is out of stock, production time ranges from 15-45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in branded carton boxes. Neutral packing options are also available, and custom packaging can be arranged based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for the products?
We acknowledge the need for small test orders. However, after product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
