2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples free of charge via your preferred logistics company. Please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We maintain a stock of popular items, allowing us to dispatch orders within 3 days following confirmation. Should we be out of stock, the production timeline ranges from 15 to 45 working days, depending on the item.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes branded with our logo. However, neutral packaging is also available. Customized packaging solutions are offered based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We understand the necessity of small orders for testing or quality checks. However, once the product is confirmed, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 200 pieces.
