1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to be both a factory and a trading company, offering the best of both worlds. We warmly welcome you to visit our facility. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or hop on a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us in advance, and our dedicated driver will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will happily send you complimentary samples through any logistics company of your choice. Please note, however, that the courier fee will need to be covered by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of our hot-selling items, which allows us to dispatch your order within 3 days after confirmation. If we are out of stock, we will need 15-45 working days to manufacture your products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are packaged professionally, typically in carton boxes featuring our logo. However, neutral packaging is available upon request. Custom packaging options are also offered, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ) on products?
We understand the need for small orders for testing or quality checks. However, after product confirmation, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
