1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a versatile company with our own trading department and factory. It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you to our factory. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our dedicated driver will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
As per your request, we will gladly send you samples for free through any logistics company. However, please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of our hot-selling items, so upon order confirmation, we can dispatch them within 3 days. If an item is out of stock, it will take approximately 15-45 working days to produce the products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products come in professional packaging, typically using carton boxes that feature our logo. You also have the option to choose neutral packing. Customized packaging is available based on a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) on products?
We understand that customers may need small quantity orders for testing or quality checks. However, once the product is confirmed, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
