1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a comprehensive company with our own trading department and factory. It would be an absolute pleasure to welcome you to our premises. To visit, simply fly into Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and our driver will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples free of charge through any logistics company. However, please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We often have popular items in stock, allowing us to dispatch your order within 3 days upon confirmation. Should we be out of stock, we require 15-45 working days to manufacture the products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes that feature our logo. However, you can opt for neutral packing if you prefer. Customized packaging is also available based on a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for products?
We recognize the need for small quantity orders for testing or quality checks. However, after product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
