2. What is your sample policy?
We are more than happy to provide you with samples at no cost, dispatched promptly through any logistics service of your choice. Kindly note that while the samples themselves are complimentary, the courier fees will need to be covered by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass-producing?
Our efficient processes allow us to maintain stock of our most sought-after items, enabling us to ship your confirmed order within a mere 3 days. Should the items be unavailable, our commitment to quality means you can expect them to be crafted to impeccable standards within a timeframe of 15 to 45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our packaging solutions are as professional as our products. We typically use robust, logo-printed carton boxes that are designed to protect your items. However, if you prefer, neutral packing is at your disposal, and for those with unique preferences, customized packaging can be arranged to meet your specifications, based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for your products?
We understand the importance of small trial orders for quality assessment. Therefore, while initial exploratory orders are embraced, once product satisfaction is confirmed, our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is established at 200 pieces.
