1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a distinguished company with both our own trading department and factory. We would be delighted to welcome you to our facility. Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our dedicated driver will ensure a comfortable pick-up for you.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly provide free samples via any logistics company. Please note, however, that the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We maintain a stock of our popular products, allowing us to dispatch orders within 3 days upon confirmation. If an item is out of stock, please allow 15-45 working days for production.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We use professional packaging for our products. Typically, our carton boxes feature our branded logo, but you can also opt for neutral packing. Customized packaging options are available based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have any MOQ on products?
We recognize the importance of small orders for testing or quality assessment. After product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
