1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are an integrated company with both a trading department and our own factory. It would be our pleasure to host your visit. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our driver will be ready to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
At your request, we will gladly send you samples free of charge via any logistics company. However, please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We always keep hot-selling items in stock, so once your order is confirmed, we can dispatch them within 3 days. If they are out of stock, it will take us 15-45 working days to produce the items.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We use professional packaging for our products, typically carton boxes branded with our logo. You also have the option to choose neutral packaging. Customized packaging is available based on a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We understand the need for smaller orders for testing or quality checks. However, after product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
