2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples free of charge through any logistics company of your choice. However, please note that the courier fee will be your responsibility. This allows you to experience our product quality firsthand without any initial investment.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We usually keep our most popular products in stock, allowing us to dispatch them within 3 days upon order confirmation. In the event of stock depletion, we will need 15-45 working days to produce the required items, depending on the complexity and scale of the order.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We employ professional packaging for our products, typically using sturdy carton boxes adorned with our logo for a stylish and secure presentation. You also have the option of neutral packing. Customized packaging solutions are available, however, they are subject to a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ) to ensure feasibility.
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We understand that customers may require small quantities for testing or quality checks. Therefore, we have no MOQ for initial orders. However, once the product quality is confirmed and you are satisfied, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces for subsequent orders to ensure efficient production and fulfillment.
