1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to be both a factory and a trading company, equipped with our own trading department. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory. Simply fly into Guangzhou or take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, and contact us. We will arrange for our driver to pick you up, ensuring a seamless journey.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we are delighted to send you free samples via any logistics company of your choice. Please note, however, that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of hot-selling goods, allowing us to dispatch orders within 3 days upon order confirmation. Should we be out of stock, the production timeline extends to 15-45 working days for new products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes branded with our logo. You also have the option of choosing neutral packing. Customized packaging is available based on a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ) on products?
We recognize the need for small initial orders for testing or quality checks. However, following product confirmation, our MOQ stands at 200 pieces.
