1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to operate both a trading department and our own factory. It would be our pleasure to welcome you for a visit. To reach us, you can either fly into Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Simply contact us, and we will arrange for our driver to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly provide you with free samples through any logistics company of your choice. However, please note that the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain an inventory of popular items, allowing us to dispatch your order within 3 days upon confirmation. Should we run out of stock, our production time ranges from 15 to 45 working days.
4. What type of packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes featuring our logo. You also have the option of neutral packing, and customized packaging is available to meet specific MOQ requirements.
5. Do you have a MOQ for your products?
We recognize the need for small orders for testing or quality checking. However, once the product is confirmed, a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 pieces is required.
