1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to operate both a trading department and our own state-of-the-art factory. We would be delighted to host you at our facility. To visit, simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and one of our drivers will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we are pleased to send you samples free of charge via any logistics company of your choice. Please note, the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We regularly maintain an inventory of our best-selling items, enabling us to dispatch orders within 3 days of confirmation. For out-of-stock items, our production timeline ranges from 15 to 45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes emblazoned with our logo. We also offer neutral packing options. Additionally, customized packaging is available, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We recognize the need for small orders for testing and quality checks. However, once the product is confirmed, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
