2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly provide samples free of charge via any preferred logistics company. However, please be informed that the courier fee will be borne by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a ready stock of our hot-selling items, so once your order is confirmed, we can dispatch them within 3 days. For out-of-stock items, we would require 15-45 working days to produce your products, depending on the complexity and volume of the order.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are packaged with utmost professionalism. Typically, we use robust carton boxes adorned with our logo, but we also offer neutral packing options. Additionally, customized packaging can be arranged based on a specified Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Are there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements for the products?
