1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
Guangzhou Jiekai Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd is proud to operate both a trading department and a state-of-the-art factory. We warmly welcome visits to our facility. Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and our dedicated driver will gladly pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples free of charge via any logistics company. Please note that the courier fee will be at your expense.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We always keep our hot-selling items in stock, allowing us to dispatch orders within 3 days after confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we require 15-45 working days for production, ensuring top-notch quality and precision.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We utilize professional packaging for our products, typically using branded carton boxes. However, neutral packing is also available upon request. Custom packaging is an option based on certain minimum order quantities (MOQ).
5. Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the products?
We understand the need for small quantity orders for testing or quality checks. However, after product confirmation, our minimum order quantity is set at 200 pieces.
