We warmly invite you to visit our premises. Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, and get in touch with us. Our dedicated driver will be there to whisk you away to our factory.
2. What is your sample policy?
We're pleased to offer you samples free of charge through any logistics company of your choice. Please note that while the samples are complimentary, the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We usually stock our most popular products, enabling us to dispatch them within 3 days of order confirmation. If the items are out of stock, please allow us 15-45 working days to manufacture your required products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are packaged professionally in sturdy carton boxes adorned with our logo. If preferred, neutral packing is available. Additionally, customized packaging options are provided, subject to a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We accommodate small quantities for testing or quality checks. After confirming the product quality, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 200 pieces.
