1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
Guangzhou Jiekai Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. proudly operates both a trading department and a manufacturing factory. We warmly welcome you to visit our facility. Simply fly into Guangzhou or hop on a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us in advance, and our dedicated driver will be there to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
We are delighted to offer free samples upon request via your preferred logistics company. Please note, however, that the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain an inventory of our most popular items, enabling us to dispatch confirmed orders within 3 days. Should an item be out of stock, we will require 15-45 working days to produce the products to your specifications.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in sturdy carton boxes branded with our logo. For your convenience, we also offer neutral packing and customized packaging options, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for products?
We understand the need for smaller orders for testing or quality verification. However, once you confirm the product, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
