2. What is your sample policy?
We are pleased to offer free samples upon your request, utilizing any logistics company you prefer. Please note that while the samples are complimentary, the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
Our inventory includes a ready stock of our most sought-after products. Once your order is confirmed, these can typically be dispatched within 3 days. If we are out of stock, the manufacturing process for new batches will take approximately 15-45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are carefully packaged, generally in carton boxes featuring our logo. Neutral packing is also available upon request. Moreover, we offer bespoke packaging solutions, provided you meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements.
5. Do you have any MOQ on products?
Understanding the necessity of small quantity orders for testing or quality evaluations, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces, effective after product confirmation.
