1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are Guangzhou Jiekai Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd, boasting our own trading department and factory. It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you! Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and our driver will personally pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon request, we are delighted to provide you with complimentary samples through any logistics company of your choice. Please note, courier fees are not included.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain an inventory of our hottest selling items. After your order confirmation, we can dispatch them within 3 days if in stock. If out of stock, production will take 15-45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are packaged professionally, typically in carton boxes bearing our logo. You may also opt for neutral packaging or customized packaging, subject to a minimum order quantity.
5. Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ) on products?
We recognize the need for small orders to test or validate quality. After product confirmation, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
