1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are proud to be a company that operates both a trading department and our own factory. We warmly welcome you to visit us. Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our dedicated driver will ensure your seamless transport to our facility.
2. What is your sample policy?
At your request, we will gladly provide free samples through any logistics company of your choice. Please note that while the samples are free, the courier fee will be borne by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We keep a stock of our best-selling items, so once your order is confirmed, we can ship them within 3 days. If an item is out of stock, we will need 15-45 working days to produce and deliver your order.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We provide professional packaging for our products. Typically, we use carton boxes branded with our logo. However, neutral packing is available, and we also offer customized packaging options based on a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have any MOQ requirements for products?
We understand the need for small orders for testing or quality checks. However, once the product is confirmed, we require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 200 pieces.
