We are a distinguished company with our own trading department and factory. It will be our utmost pleasure to welcome you to visit our facility. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our dedicated driver will pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
As per your request, we will gladly send you samples for free via any logistics company. However, please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of our hot-selling goods, so once your order is confirmed, we can dispatch them within 3 days. If the items are out of stock, we will require 15-45 working days to produce your products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We utilize professional packaging for our products. Typically, we use carton boxes adorned with our logo, but neutral packing options are also available. Additionally, customized packaging is possible based on a certain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Are there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements for the products?
We recognize the need for customers to place small quantity orders for testing or quality assessment. However, after product confirmation, a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces is required.
