1. Are you a factory or a trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a distinguished company with our very own trading department and dedicated factory. It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you to visit our facility. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Get in touch with us, and our driver will personally pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you complimentary samples through any logistics company of your choice. Please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We continuously maintain a stock of our best-selling products. Thus, upon confirming your order, we can dispatch them within 3 days. Should we run out of stock, the production period will span between 15 to 45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We employ professional packaging solutions for our products. Typically, we use logo-embossed carton boxes, but you also have the option of choosing neutral packing. Customized packaging is also available, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for the products?
We acknowledge that customers may require small orders for testing or quality checks. However, after product confirmation, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is set at 200 pieces.
