For your convenience, we gladly offer complimentary samples delivered via your preferred logistics company. Kindly be aware that you will be responsible for covering the courier fees.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass-producing?
With our most in-demand items in stock, we can expedite dispatch within just 3 days of order confirmation. However, should your requested items require production, please anticipate a timeframe of 15-45 working days to ensure they meet our impeccable standards.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are secured with expert packaging. We typically use robust carton boxes branded with our logo, yet we also offer neutral packing options. Additionally, custom packaging solutions can be facilitated when meeting a specific minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for your products?
Acknowledging the importance of small initial orders for testing or quality inspection, we are flexible. Post-confirmation, however, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is established at 200 pieces to ensure consistency and efficiency.
