1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a company that boasts both a dedicated trading department and our own state-of-the-art factory. It would be our immense pleasure to welcome you for a visit. Simply fly into Guangzhou or take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our driver will be delighted to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will provide samples free of charge via any logistics company you prefer. However, please note that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We always maintain an inventory of our best-selling goods. Therefore, once your order is confirmed, we can dispatch the items within 3 days if they are in stock. Should we be out of stock, please allow 15-45 working days for production.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We use professional packaging for our products, typically sturdy carton boxes adorned with our logo. You also have the option of choosing neutral packing or customized packaging based on a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We recognize the necessity for small quantity orders for testing or quality assurance. However, following product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) stands at 200 pieces.
