1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
Guangzhou Jiekai Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a distinguished company operating both a trading department and an advanced in-house factory. We warmly invite you to visit our facilities. To do so, simply book a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Once you arrive, contact us, and our dedicated driver will ensure your comfortable pickup and transfer to our site.
2. What is your sample policy?
We are delighted to offer samples at no cost upon request, using any logistics company you prefer. Please note, while the samples themselves are free, the courier fee will be covered by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We keep a ready stock of our most popular items. Upon order confirmation, these can typically be dispatched within 3 days. If out of stock, we require 15-45 working days to manufacture new batches.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, commonly in carton boxes branded with our logo. Neutral packing options are also available upon request. For those with specific needs, we offer customized packaging solutions based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have any MOQ on products?
We understand the importance of small quantity orders for testing or quality checks. After product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
