Simply fly to Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and we will arrange for our driver to pick you up, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
2. What is your sample policy?
We are pleased to offer you free samples upon request, delivered by any logistics company of your choice. Please note, while the samples are complimentary, the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain an inventory of popular items, enabling us to dispatch your order within 3 days of confirmation. If an item is out of stock, please allow 15 to 45 working days for production. We strive to meet your needs promptly and efficiently.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are secured in professional packaging, typically using carton boxes adorned with our logo. For those who prefer, we also offer neutral packing options. Moreover, custom packaging is available to meet certain minimum order quantities (MOQ).
5. Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for products?
We understand that customers may need small quantities for testing or quality checking. After confirming the product, our MOQ is 200 pieces. We are committed to accommodating your requirements.
