2. What is your sample policy?
We are pleased to offer complimentary samples upon your request, dispatched via any logistics company of your choice. Please be aware, the courier fee will need to be covered by the recipient.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We keep a ready stock of our most popular items. For confirmed orders, dispatch can occur within just 3 days. If items are out of stock, allow us 15-45 working days to produce your high-quality products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are meticulously packaged using professional-grade materials. Usually, we employ carton boxes emblazoned with our logo. Neutral packaging is also available upon request, and we offer fully customized packaging solutions based on a specific Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
5. Are there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements for the products?
We understand the necessity of small quantity orders for testing and quality assessment. Post confirmation of the product's quality, a minimum order quantity of 200 pieces is required to proceed.
