Contact us upon arrival, and our driver will be there to pick you up and ensure a seamless journey to our location.
2. What is your sample policy?
At your request, we are delighted to offer complimentary samples, delivered by any logistics company of your choice. Please note, however, that courier fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We maintain a stock of our most popular items, enabling us to ship orders within 3 days upon confirmation. For out-of-stock items, we require 15-45 working days to manufacture the products to our high standards.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We utilize professional-grade packaging for all products, typically employing our branded carton boxes. For those who prefer, neutral packing is also available. Additionally, we offer customized packaging options based on a specific minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for products?
We recognize the need for small orders for testing or quality assurance purposes. Therefore, while our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces, we are flexible for initial trial orders to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products.
