In our commitment to quality and transparency, we are pleased to offer you complimentary samples upon your request through any logistics company you prefer. Kindly note, while the samples themselves are free, the cost of courier services will be borne by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass-producing?
We understand the importance of quick service, which is why we keep our most sought-after items readily available, enabling us to ship your confirmed order within 3 days. Should your desired items be out of stock, we assure you of our top-notch production quality within a timeline of 15-45 working days.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our packaging is designed with professionalism and quality in mind. We predominantly use robust carton boxes proudly featuring our brand logo, though neutral packaging options are available if you prefer. For those with specific branding needs, custom packaging is possible, subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ for your products?
Recognizing the necessity for small-scale trials or quality assessments, we accommodate initial small orders. Post product validation, our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 200 pieces to ensure optimal production efficiency.
