1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a distinguished company with our own trading department and manufacturing factory. We would be delighted to host you at our facility. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us, and our driver will be ready to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
In accordance with your request, we will provide you with complimentary samples via any logistics company. Please note, however, that the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We maintain a stock of hot-selling items, allowing us to dispatch confirmed orders within 3 days. If an item is out of stock, it will take us between 15 to 45 working days to produce and prepare the products for shipment.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes adorned with our logo. You may also opt for neutral packaging. Additionally, customized packaging is available based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements for products?
We understand the necessity for small orders for testing and quality checking. However, after product confirmation, our MOQ is set at 200 pieces.
