1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your facility?
We are proud to be a company with our own trading department and a fully operational factory. It would be our pleasure to welcome you to our facility. Simply fly into Guangzhou or take a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, and we will arrange for our driver to pick you up.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you samples free of charge using any logistics company. Please note, however, that the courier fee will be your responsibility.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass production?
We always keep our best-selling items in stock, so once your order is confirmed, we can ship them within 3 days. For out-of-stock items, we may require 15-45 working days to produce the products.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, typically in carton boxes bearing our logo. However, you can opt for neutral packing if preferred. Customized packaging is also available based on a certain minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products?
We understand that customers may need a few smaller orders for testing or quality checks. However, once the product is confirmed, our MOQ is 200 pieces.
