1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a distinguished company that proudly operates both a trading department and our own state-of-the-art factory. It would be our utmost pleasure to welcome you to visit our facilities. Simply take a flight to Guangzhou or a high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station, contact us, and our dedicated driver will ensure your comfortable pickup.
2. What is your sample policy?
At your request, we are delighted to provide samples at no cost, using any logistics company of your choice. Please note that while the samples are free, the courier fee will be borne by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We maintain a ready stock of our hottest selling items. Upon order confirmation, these can typically be dispatched within 3 days. Should we run out of stock, we would require 15-45 working days to manufacture new batches.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
Our products are professionally packaged, commonly using carton boxes branded with our logo. However, neutral packing options are available upon request. We also offer customized packaging solutions based on a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Do you have any MOQ on products?
We recognize the importance of small quantity orders for testing or quality checks. Post product confirmation, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
