2. What is your sample policy?
At your request, we are delighted to provide complimentary samples through any logistics company of your choice. Please note, however, that the courier fee will be borne by you.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We maintain an inventory of our best-selling products, allowing us to dispatch orders within 3 days upon confirmation. If an item is out of stock, production time may range from 15 to 45 working days, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and superior quality.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We utilize professional-grade packaging to ensure the protection of our products, primarily using branded carton boxes. Neutral packing is available upon request, and customized packaging can be arranged based on a specified minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We understand the need for small initial orders for testing or quality verification. Once you have validated the product, our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces.
