1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit your factory?
We are a distinguished enterprise with our own trading department and state-of-the-art factory. It would be our utmost pleasure to host you at our factory. Simply fly to Guangzhou or take the high-speed train to Guangzhou South Station. Contact us beforehand, and our dedicated driver will ensure your seamless journey to our premises.
2. What is your sample policy?
Upon your request, we will gladly send you complimentary samples via any logistics company of your choice. Please note, however, that the courier fee will not be covered by us.
3. How many days do you need for preparing samples and mass producing?
We maintain an inventory of our best-selling products, enabling us to dispatch orders within 3 days upon confirmation. If an item is out of stock, production time may range from 15 to 45 working days, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship and quality.
4. What packaging do you use for the products?
We employ professional-grade packaging to safeguard our products, predominantly using branded carton boxes. Neutral packing is available upon request, and customized packaging options can be arranged based on a specified minimum order quantity (MOQ).
5. Is there any MOQ on products?
We recognize the necessity for small initial orders for testing or quality verification. Post-validation of the product, our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 200 pieces.
